Unlike models where the investor transfers money in advance to the operating company, RemoVest does not receive or hold investor funds in its own accounts. Payments for the purchase, notarial services, technical specialists, builders, geometra professionals, architects and other project participants are made directly to the relevant professionals and contractors — according to the agreed stages, documents and transaction terms. RemoVest acts as process coordinator: we organize the work of specialists, control the project stages, support communication and make sure the entire operation is as transparent and structured as possible. Our compensation is a success fee, paid only after the successful completion of the project: we do not earn at the moment the investor enters the project, but only when the project is brought to a result.
It is compensation linked to the successful result of the operation.
So that the investor can remotely check the progress of the works and see that the project is actually moving forward according to the agreed stages.
No. Value and ROI estimates are projections, not guarantees. Every real-estate operation involves technical, tax, legal, planning and market risks; the only risk no company can fully prevent is market risk.
Foreign nationals receiving a pension from outside Italy can elect a flat 7% substitute tax on all foreign-source income — including pensions, dividends, rental income, and capital gains — for 10 consecutive tax years, instead of Italy’s ordinary progressive income tax. The regime requires transferring tax residency to a municipality with a population of up to 30,000 in one of eight regions: Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Campania, Basilicata, Abruzzo, Molise, or Puglia. Applicants must not have been Italian tax residents during the five years before the transfer. The regime also exempts foreign-held assets from Italy’s wealth taxes on foreign real estate and financial holdings (IVIE and IVAFE) and from related reporting obligations.
No. RemoVest coordinates the renovation and resale process but never receives, holds, or transfers investor funds. Payments for the property purchase, taxes, professional fees, and construction work are made directly by the investor to each recipient. RemoVest’s own compensation — a sourcing fee at purchase and a success fee calculated on net profit at resale — is invoiced separately and paid directly by the investor.
Prezzo-valore is a mechanism under Italian law (art. 1, comma 497, L. 266/2005) that allows an individual buyer purchasing residential property outside of business activity to calculate the registration tax on the property’s cadastral value rather than its purchase price. Since cadastral values are typically well below market prices, this can reduce the registration tax base substantially — often by 30-50% — without affecting the actual purchase price paid to the seller.
